Below you will find some examples of various projects undertaken for satisfied ETS customers.

In 2004 the annual Art Show run by the Rotary Club of Victor Harbor entered it's 25th year.

As part of their ongoing commitment to the community the Rotary Club asked Emjay Technology Systems to develop an MS Access database application to administrate the entire show process from invitation mail-outs and artist applications to invoicing buyers and paying the artists.

Goolwa Transport service the Fleurieu Peninsula and interstate processing over 250 consignments each week.

Emjay Technology Systems developed an MS Access database for Goolwa Transport that eliminated the need for hand written triplicate forms. Consignment notes are now printed on a single A4 sheet with a tear off for delivery.

To monitor daily milk production and fodder costs Emjay Technology Systems developed MS Excel spreadsheets to track and chart milk volume and compositions as well as costing and budget forecasting.

Entering projected data allows the forecasting of possible future production as milk prices and composition targets are reached.

Australian Portable Camps provides hire equipment for large scale engineering camps.

Emjay Technology Systems developed an MS Access database application for APC to track and audit their hire agreements and locate equipment hired out on various site locations.

Business Partners S.A. provides vital business help to many small businesses in the Fleurieu region.

Emjay Technology Systems developed a Windows based program for Business Partners S.A. that they in turn make available to their customers for calculating a business break even analysis.

Paperfreight contacted Emjay Technology Systems about a similar project undertaken for Goolwa Transport that would suit their own business.

With changes to the printed forms to suit their own needs and other specific requests, ETS was able to provide Paperfreight with a solution to their reliance on pre-printed consignment notes.

Adelaide College of Ministries needed a way to store and track student results as well as print out subject class lists, and student final transcripts.

ETS was able to provide a solution with an MS Access database application that was easy for any staff member to use, providing accurate grading and professional presentation of final reports.

Irrigators in the Angus-Bremer growers region collect data of their irrigation practices and ground water levels to promote efficient use of water and control soil salinity levels.

The database application developed by ETS makes data input easy and tracks a full history of each year enabling reports to be generated that make yearly comparisons informative and comprehensive.

Employment Options Inc. serves the Fleurieu Peninsula with quality services from a number of offices connecting over 50 workstations.

Sharing information accross the network and making information easy to find for each employee was accomplished by an intranet application created by ETS. Management of intranet resources was simplified and most of the administration can be managed by a single person.

After seeing a demonstration of the software developed for the Victor Harbor Rotary Club, Toukley Rotary Club in Queensland proceeded to use the same database application tailored for their specific art show requirements

Working closely with the growers of the Angus Bremer river region, the SA Govt. Department of Water, Land and Biodiversity Conservation needed a database application that would interface with current grower databases previously developed as well as efficiently input new related information.

This database allows the department to generate complex charts and graphs that previously required many man hours of data manipulation and provides vital information about underground water and salinity levels back to the growers.
