Environmental Site Survey
Aerial survey of contaminated, potentially contaminated or environmentally sensitive sites. Identifies surface disturbance, drainage pathways, staining, ponding, vegetation stress and access constraints. Orthophoto and georeferenced imagery for environmental reporting. Best integrated with Phase I or Phase II assessment.
Asset & Infrastructure Inspection
Visual inspection of tanks, pipelines, elevated structures, rooftops, stormwater infrastructure, bund walls and containment systems. Identifies defects, corrosion, overflow risk and maintenance issues without scaffolding or elevated work platforms. Timestamped imagery and video for maintenance records and insurance.
Industrial Site Mapping
High-resolution aerial mapping of industrial and commercial sites. Produces scaled orthophoto plans, area calculations, drainage mapping and georeferenced spatial data suitable for environmental assessment, development applications and regulatory submissions.
Pre-Purchase Site Reconnaissance
Rapid aerial reconnaissance prior to property transaction — visible contamination indicators, illegal dumping, drainage to waterways, vegetation stress, neighbouring land use and site condition documentation. Combined with Rapid Environmental Risk Scan for a comprehensive pre-purchase picture.
Compliance Monitoring
Scheduled aerial monitoring of erosion and sediment controls, bund conditions, stormwater infrastructure and environmental management measures. Timestamped imagery provides a documented compliance record for Environmental Authority conditions and licence reporting obligations.
Emergency Response Documentation
